Final Leg of the Trip Back Home or Geocaching

We spent some time (2 nights) in Loveland on our trip back to SD. We had some major geocaching on the agenda and friends to share the adventure. Hubby had found seven highly favored geocaches in the Loveland area. Terry and Jane were our hosts for the day.

We drove to a farm in the country for the first geocache. An old grain bin?????

Very Cool & Unique!
and a tad creepy!

Then we drove around town checking out utility posts

and birdhouses in alleys

And a cemetery

and a very large tree, the Liberty Tree,

and we happened upon an Easter egg hunt
on a church school lawn

We attended a 6:30 AM coffee geocaching meet and greet on Monday morning in Loveland before   continuing the journey home. It was very interesting because the two men at the meet and greet were traveling to northeast South Dakota the following weekend to geocache. So we gave them some pointers about what to expect after the recent 27 inches of snow.

We did a quick stop in Cheyenne for a history lesson

and visited the airport

We were home by 9:05 Monday night, in time to watch Bull. The unloading waited until the next day. It was good to be HOME!

And because I like to wrap up loose ends...
