A shopping trip to Schmidt's Meat Market in Nicollet provided the six salads we enjoyed, plus desserts, and the meat we each chose to grill on Friday evening. Each camping spot at Jackpot Junction had a cool picnic table, fire pit and cement pull-through pad for the RVs.
On Saturday evening we dined at Kaiserhoff, an authentic German restaurant for some delicious food. A meal at Kaiserhoff has become a tradition with the New Ulm trips. It truly was a weekend of good food and good friends.
