I saw this New Year's Eve day on a blog I follow every day. I thought it was so cool. I'm not opposed to New Years' resolutions, but at my age, I like the idea of a reflection and intentions. If you are thinking of making "a" or "some" personal changes in your life in the coming year, this may be a useful tool. Or use the idea and create something more appropriate for your personal needs.
As 2012 ends and the promise of 2013 begins reflecting may be the perfect way to end and begin your life journey.
I think I am going to use it with my writing classes in the next week.
