Colorado Springs and Garden of the Gods

We drove to Colorado Springs several times last month while camping in the Denver area. The traffic to and from was not fun. Most of the interstate is just two lanes, and there are so many people and vehicles making the 70 mile drive each day. But geocaches were calling our name...

We had been to the Garden of the Gods on another trip to Colorado. I didn't remember much about the park other than the red rocks. This time, because we were geocaching and learning, we had to pay more attention to the sandstone sculptures.

  1. Great pictures - I didn't know the Old Stone Church was still there. We used to eat there many years ago when we lived in Castle Rock.
