The cone flowers are showing their colors now and I planted a Black-eyed Susan which is huge and full of blooms. I love my seasons of color in the back yard.

The Lilies
The lilies were in all their glory in early July. To my delight the rabbits left them alone this spring. (Last spring they chewed them down to almost nothing...well, some of the plants. And I may have to admit the chewed plants were the most prolific this year.) I noticed around town many lilies are still blooming. They must be a different variety. Mine are all done.
