We have talked about replacing the flooring in our winter home ever since we bought it. The carpet was not of the best quality and because of its color, looked dirty all the time. It also was not easy to keep clean because each of the two doors open onto the carpet floor.
The kitchen & bathroom linoleum was okay, but...
By accident, sort of, we came across a really good deal at the carpet store we visited last week when we stopped to check about the possibility of repairing the rippled indoor/outdoor carpeting on our deck.
As of Monday afternoon, here are our new floors...

from bathroom, hallway, living area & kitchen. We LOVE it! It looks really well with the cherry oak cabinetry. I like the texture and colors of the rustic oak laminate.
I really like it too. Can't wait to see it.
