What is a Mega Caching Event?

So what is a Mega Geocaching Event? 

It is a time when geocachers gather together to...

buy supplies,

purchase collectable geocoins,

see the original cache hidden May 3, 2000 in Beaverton OR,

(a can of beans, probably pork 'n beans)

register and log the caching event,

meet other caching friends,

and wait for the free lunch.

They were lined up for over an hour. We decided not to stay,

but headed home...after looking for just a few more caches.

This was Yuma's first Mega Geocaching Event. 

I am now at #500!
